I've had the privilege of being a part of the Watson Realty Family since May. everyone has been very kind and helpful. Although I've had limited interaction with Sherman, I really like his positive energy. He did an outstanding job conducting our Tuesday morning meeting last week . i appreciate his leadership qualities . In my opinion he's an impressive man with great leadership skills.

He is ready with referrals to services, with transporting your stuff, with frequent check-ins on the market. His advice is always spot-on. We had a great home purchasing experience with Sherman. He is very honest and open about everything. He would advise with several different options and never pressured us in any decision. He is always available through phone, email, and text, and responded very quickly. He is so patient and very flexible and really looks out for the best interest of his clients. Even though we had some difficult setbacks he was available for us to just vent out our frustrations and reassure us that everything would be ok. When I had to get my home ready for sale, I hired Sherman on a recommendation. He showed up at my house and gave me great tips on what to do to ready for my house for sale. AND.....his tips would not break the bank. Sherman doesn't just sell a house. He's there for his client. Living and working 100 miles from the home I was selling, I could not always be there to let a contractor in. Not to worry, Sherman was always gladly there. Not only to let a contractor in but to inspect their work to ensure the job was done properly. He stayed in contact with me throughout the process and kept me informed of anything of significance. Finally, Sherman was able to get top dollar for my home. I was very pleased with the selling price he was able to negotiate. Thanks Sherman!!!

Sherman is an incredible realtor. He worked incredibly hard to find us the perfect home. He has so much experience that he found things in the home that the inspector missed. Chrissy and i had been searching for 8 months. Sherman only took 1 day and we had a contract. He helped and checked on us through the whole process. He would call almost daily or text and email. We were dealing with a third party and the money transfer went to wrong address. He took care of that quickly and helped us get our money back for the transfer. I worked with Sherman over the last year and he has helped us purchase two properties. He always looks out for our best interests and never pushes us to make a purchase. He really just presents all the information and gives us the pros and cons if we choose one way or the other. If you’re looking for the #1 Realtor in Gainesville, look no further. Sherman Bryan is the absolute BEST!!! Selling your home is extremely stressful and emotional. I’m moving out of state and dealing with the movers is bad enough. Sherman took over showing my home and being there any time I had questions. All I did was tell him what price I hoped to get and he did just that!! I showed up for closing and collected my payment. LOOK NO FURTHER, HE’S THE BEST!!!

Sherman Bryan is a must! I called up Watson Realty a couple of years ago to get an estimate on my home. My husband and I were looking to sell in the near future and wanted to know the value of our house. Looking for multiple opinions, Watson Realty was just one among several companies I called. I didn’t know it at the time, but I hit the jackpot when Sherman came out to take a look at my property. While he was professional, prepared, and fulfilled my expectations like most of the others, he was also genuine and easy to talk to. About a year later, I thought I was ready to buy, so with confidence I gave Sherman a call. He did not disappoint. Again he was very professional, came up with all sorts of listings that met my specifications, and took my mother and me all over Alachua county looking at various properties. I never felt rushed or like I was taking up his time. He was very patient and answered all of my questions to the best of his knowledge, and always researched the questions that stumped him. Through no fault of Sherman, I realized I was not quite ready to buy a home just yet. Finally, this past March, I called up the bank and got a loan approval letter. I was ready and determined to buy a house. Without a doubt, I called Sherman up again and it was like speaking to an old friend. Despite not having reached out to him in a long while, he remembered me. It was a Saturday afternoon when I phoned him. I assumed I would have to wait until Monday to get the ball rolling, but Sherman was 3 steps ahead of me. He started making phone calls and working on a contract for a home I had been eying for some time. I was concerned that my previous initiative to purchase a home made me come off as a bit of a flake, but Sherman certainly didn’t make me feel that way. I felt important and valued. The road to buying my home was long and arduous to say the least. While I imagine most buyers might have moved on were they in my shoes, I kept to it. Sherman was there by my side and was just as enthusiastic in the middle of the chaos as he was at the beginning. He was always steps ahead of me (and I take a lot of initiative in everything I do), and kept me abreast of everything no matter how small. He always had my best interest in mind. I imagine he would have worked just as diligently with me were I a close relative to him. This means a lot to me given that I am a full time teacher, student, and mother of three especially given that my husband and I do not have any family locally to help us. Our home buying situation was unique and a bit unpredictable, so it took a while to finally close on our home. But we finally did it and Sherman was at the finish line cheering us on. Despite the business transaction being over, Sherman has reached out to me a couple of times to see if I need help with anything. I have purchased several homes, and I can tell you that you simply don’t find service like that anymore. I needed to write this review because I feel like it’s the least I can do for him given all he has done for my family and me. Sherman is an absolute rare find and outstanding at what he does.

When I decided to move to Gainesville, I did not know a soul. A good friend referred me to Sherman, and almost immediately I recognized him as a guardian angel and tireless advocate. Before I came to the city Sherman had carefully identified everything I wanted in a home and had sent multiple appropriate listings to me to sort through. When I got to town he cheerfully spent hours showing property, even though at that time I really intended to wait a year before moving, and I had asked to meet him just to get the lay of the land. However, he did his homework so well that when we visited the perfect house at an almost perfect price I actually made an offer, and now it's my home sweet home. Sherman is low key and no pressure; a joy to work with. But Sherman did not stop there: he has helped with finding painters and handypersons and lawn services and insurance agents, and gone by the house several times to look at or find things I had forgotten to ask about when I was on site. He is a tireless, amiable, bright and professional Realtor and I highly recommend him to you. On a scale of 5 stars he is off the charts into the stratosphere.
